The top minters and buyers/sellers of Polygon NFTs by volume on Magic Eden and using the Magic Eden Wallet between June 24, 2024 - July 24, 2024 (the “Event”) will be eligible to receive a portion of a rewards pool equivalent to 150,000 MATIC, courtesy of Polygon (the “Rewards”).
- Eligibility is based on the following criteria:
- Participants will receive 1 point for every $1USD used to buy or sell Polygon NFTs on the secondary marketplace on Magic Eden.
- Participants will receive 2 points for every $1USD used to mint Polygon NFTs on the primary marketplace on Magic Eden.
- A minimum of 100 points are required to be eligible to receive the Rewards.
- The amount of the Rewards received by eligible users will be determined based on the total volume of transactions during the Event.
- The Rewards shall be distributed in USDC in amounts equal to value of the Rewards pool in MATIC as of July 24, 2024.
- Magic Eden and Polygon reserve the right to withhold the Rewards from and revoke the eligibility of any user or wallet address to participate in this Event whom they reasonably suspect is engaging in dishonest or abusive conduct, including but not limited to engaging in money-laundering, wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, trades that display any attributes of market manipulation, or engaging in any other illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity. Determinations of eligibility will be at the sole discretion of Magic Eden and Polygon.
- Participation in this campaign is strictly optional.
- The Reward will be distributed to the eligible users’ wallet addresses after the end of the Event.
- Participants in the Event agree to be bound by the Magic Eden Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and the Polygon Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”).
- Magic Eden and Polygon reserve the right to interpret, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this Event and/or any of the Event Terms at any time for any reason without prior notice. In the event of conflict, Magic Eden’s interpretation shall be final.
- Magic Eden expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability for any technical, pictorial, typographical, editorial or other error or omission in this Event or these terms and conditions.
- This Event is (i) not an offer, recommendation or solicitation of an offer to buy, sell or otherwise deal in any digital asset; and (ii) not intended to provide any advice or recommendation (regardless of investment, trading accounting, legal, tax or otherwise).
- This Event is not intended for distribution to, or access by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or access would be contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Persons accessing and/or participating in this Event are required to inform themselves about and observe such restrictions.
- The value of digital assets can and do fluctuate greatly from time to time. The value of the Rewards at the time a participant qualifies for such Rewards may not be equal to the value of the Rewards at the time of distribution to the participant.
- Participants in this Event are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, costs and expenses relating to the receipt and use of the Rewards.
